CLASS FEE
The class fee is payable prior to or on the first day of
the session and must be accompanied by a registration form available at the Studio. Classes
are filled on a first come, first serve basis; therefore, registration for future sessions is encouraged to reserve space
in a desired class. Registration by credit card may be done on-line; registration by cash or check may be
done at the Studio.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/TEACHER ABSENCE
Closures due to inclement weather will be decided on the day of the
weather event. You may call the Studio after 6:30 a.m. for a recorded message regarding the opening or
closing of the Studio. In the event of teacher absence, students will be called and a notice will be posted at
the Studio. ARTWORKS will reschedule classes cancelled due to inclement weather or teacher absence.
MISSED CLASSES
In the event that a student misses a class which is not cancelled, they may make it up
by attending another class WITHIN THE SAME SESSION provided space is available in the desired class and prior arrangements
are made. Because many classes are filled to capacity, ARTWORKS can not guarantee space will be available
for make-up classes.
REFUNDS
Payment in full will be refunded for withdrawing from a class providing the registration
cancellation is made 15 days or more before the start of that class. There
are no other situations in which a refund in whole or in part will be available to the registrant.
